What Will You Do?
As a Digital & CRO Analytics Specialist at The Level Group, you will ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of all collected data across GA4 and BI tools for accurate reporting. You will configure custom reports and analyze on-site behavioral data to identify friction points and translate findings into actionable UX recommendations. Additionally, you will build customer journey maps and partner with teams to implement advanced analysis frameworks supporting experimentation and optimization.
