Supplier and Procurement Management: coordination of suppliers, preparation of technical purchasing specifications, evaluation of offers, and verification of supplies.
Technical Alignment: verification of the conformity of proposed solutions to technical, economic, and contractual requirements.
Risk Management: identification and management of project, technical, and organizational criticalities.
Stakeholder Management: interfacing with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper progress of activities.
