Overview
As an Account Executive at Monks, you will drive multiple integrated campaigns for world-class brands within a global, cross-functional team.
You will coordinate digital-first projects, liaising with media agencies and internal partners to ensure aligned, high-quality outputs.
You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure clear project specs and deadlines, and foster trusted relationships with clients and collaborators.

Responsabilità
Manage multiple small to mid-sized projects across print, video, social, and digital touchpoints
Steer projects and teams with organization and confidence
Coordinate with media agencies and external partners for integrated campaigns
Oversee day-to-day operations by briefing creative, legal, production, and language/culture teams
Ensure all parties understand project specs, deadlines, scope, and local market requirements
Source assets from client DAM systems, log usage rights,



and organize project files
Build trusted relationships internally and externally
Requisiti fondamentali
1+ years of experience coordinating projects as a Junior PM or Account Executive in an advertising or agency environment
Strong and clear written and spoken English and Italian
Proactive and direct communication style with cross-cultural teams
Clear sense of urgency and a problem-solving mindset
Strong team player with self-motivation and positive attitude
Comfortable asking constructive questions to drive project quality
Open to feedback and proactive about personal and professional growth
