this role offers exposure to the entire employee lifecycle.Think of it as a hands-on HR growth program inside a fast-growing startup.We are looking for someone at the beginning of their professional journey, but with a clear vision for their future: someone who has already chosen the HR path and is eager to find a place where they can challenge themselves, learn, contribute ideas, and grow.At Dr.Feel, you will find a dynamic, fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, where talent is valued, proactivity is encouraged, and mistakes are considered part of the learning journey.AS A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST YOU WILL:Publish job postings and screen CVs across multiple departmentsOrganize and schedule interviewsManage candidate pipelines and coordinate recruitment processesConduct first motivational and cultural interviewsEnsure an outstanding candidate experience through continuous follow-up and communicationSupport onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation collection and preparationPrepare welcome kits and support operational onboarding activitiesUpdate employee records and maintain basic HR reportingManage HR tools and support people administration activitiesSupport the preparation of HR documentation and contractsContribute to the organization of company events, workshops and offsitesCoordinate operational learning activities (training calendars, registrations,
