Responsibilities SupportingtheGlobalCommodityManagerandcoordinatingwithbuyersofone'sUnit,todefinethestrategyfor procuringMaterial&PermanentSystemsgoods;
SupportingandbeinginchargefortheoverallSourcingProcessincludingDefiningtheSupplierListintheVendorList, preparingtherequestforproposaltosend tosuppliers,andmanagingcommercialandcontractual negotiationactivitieswiththeidentifiedsuppliers,to pursuethefollowingtargets:inexpensiveness, synergy,qualitativeexcellenceandleadtimeoptimization;
EnsurecompliancewithGlobalSupplyChainandCompanyPolicies;
Analyzing,comparingandassessingtheoffersreceivedbysuppliers,alsoguaranteeingthattheyaretechnicallycheckedbyrequestingCorporate Departments/OperationalUnits.Also,preparingsummarytablesofthefinaloffersandrecommendations;
Drawingupthetermsandconditionsofagreements/purchaseorders,withthesupportoftheLegalDepartmentandContractDepartment, whilealsocoordinatingwithrequestingDepartments;
Supportingsupplierrelations,incompliancewiththeCompany'sCodeofEthics,itsOrganization,ManagementandControlModel, pursuanttoLegislativeDecree231/2001,anditsAnti-CorruptionModel;
SupportingRegionalSupplyChainManagersandProcurementManagers,tocreateprocurementplansfortheOperationalUnits,



tomaximizeefficiencyand effectiveness;
Supportingreportanalysisactivitiesandidentifyingcorrectivemeasures,inagreementwiththeGlobalCommodityManagerandVendorManagement, tomanageandmitigatecriticalissuesdetectedwhilecarryingouttheprocurementprocess;
Requirements 5 plus years' experience inthesameroleinmultinationalcontexts;
Supplybaseselection,developmentandmanagement;
Capableofcarryingoutprimecostdrivervalueanalyses;
Thefollowingskillscompletetheprofile Results-oriented;
Teamworkoriented;
ERP(SAP)knowledge;
Contractual Terms and Compensation Job Classification and CCNL: Quadro,CCNL Edilizia e Industria;
Employment Contract: Permanent contract;
Annual Gross Salary: 55.000- 60.000;
