- your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally as important to us. /p h3Job Description /h3 pPTC Codebeamer ALM Process / Functional Consultant 15+ years of experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Product Development and Process /p ul liLead ALM transformation and process consulting initiatives using PTC Codebeamer. /li liConduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand current and future-state processes. /li liDefine and implement ALM processes, workflows, templates, and governance models. /li liGather, analyze, and document business requirements. /li liConfigure and validate Codebeamer solutions to support customer requirements. /li liDefine and maintain Requirements Management, Change Management, Risk Management, Defect Management, and Test Management processes. /li liEstablish end-to-end traceability across requirements, design, testing, defects, and releases. /li liProvide best-practice recommendations for Agile, Hybrid, and V-Model development methodologies. /li liSupport process harmonization across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory functions. /li liCreate functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and user guides. /li liFacilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business sign-off activities. /li liCollaborate with technical teams for integrations with PLM,
