Overview

As Cx Brand Manager in Milan, you translate global consumer-brand strategy (Cetaphil, Benzac, Onilaq) into local market plans to grow brand value, sales and market share. You manage the local marketing mix within budget, explore new opportunities, and align consumer/patient journeys with cross-functional partners. You will shape promotional and digital initiatives, ensure compliant execution, and collaborate across the organization to implement Integrated Dermatology Strategies. This is a high-impact role with exposure to international teams and a fast-growing dermatology portfolio.

Responsabilità

- Develop promotive and communications plans for the Cx portfolio tailored to each channel in line with objectives and guidelines
- Manage the budget and keep spending under control
- Analyze market data, competition, and consumer/HCP insights to refine tactics and forecast demand with Sales, Market Intelligence and Supply
- Drive customer engagement to optimize shelf presence in both physical and digital spaces
- Plan and monitor sampling strategy
- Create and adapt promotional materials with agencies and internal stakeholders




- Coordinate media strategies and asset localization with agencies and internal teams
- Serve as a reference point for Sales and collaborate with Medical team
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with other BUs for Integrated Dermatology Strategies (IDS)

Requisiti fondamentali

- University Degree with Marketing/Economic background
- 5 to 8 years in Marketing (Product/Brand Management) in Pharma or FMCG with consumer focus/dermo-cosmetic experience
- Digital marketing knowledge and hands-on experience
- Knowledge of Medical Visit strategy and congresses is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with cross-functional exposure
- Fluent in English; Italian is preferred
- Office tools; Veeva Vault knowledge is a plus
- Experience in a matrix organization with international exposure
- Strong sales experience in Pharma is a plus
