Gruppo AB is hiring an in-house Legal Counsel to support the Group's Legal & Corporate Affairs Department in Italy. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including EPC and turnkey contracts for plants, engineering and consultancy agreements, and O&M; contracts, advising top management.
You will coordinate inputs from multiple functions and provide regulatory opinions, while managing pre-litigation and litigation.
