Overview

In this role you act as a technical partner to customers and the regional Sales team to identify technologies, solve application challenges, and drive design-ins from concept to production. You will work with Sales, Product Management, R&D;, Quality, and other engineering teams to develop customer solutions and share market insights. The position supports multiple Littelfuse technologies across system and component levels, with a strong emphasis on power electronics. You will travel across the EMEA region to support projects and knowledge transfer.

Responsabilità

- Develop understanding of the Littelfuse portfolio and identify system-level solutions spanning multiple product families
- Provide technical support during application development and design-in processes
- Analyze customer requirements and propose technical solutions with internal specialists
- Troubleshoot issues and support lab testing, validation, and problem investigation
- Partner with Sales to identify technical opportunities and help secure design wins
- Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and product trainings for customers and distributors
- Collaborate with Product Management, R&D;,



and Quality to relay customer needs for product/technology development
- Monitor technical opportunities and share knowledge across the EMEA organization
- Travel across EMEA to support projects, meetings, and training

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Power Electronics, or related engineering discipline
- 5–7 years of relevant engineering experience in field/application/design engineering or similar technical roles
- Experience with power semiconductors is a strong advantage; equivalent experience in power electronics, industrial automation, protection, sensing, or related areas considered
- Ability to understand system architecture, technical specs, and customer requirements
- Willingness to learn and support a broad range of technologies
- Strong problem-solving and practical troubleshooting/validation skills
- Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to engineering and commercial audiences
- Customer-oriented mindset and comfort with customer-facing roles if coming from design engineering
- Fluent English; German/Italian is a plus
- Willingness to travel ~50–60% across EMEA
