Overview

In this Account Executive role within Workday’s Enterprise Sales team, you drive net-new revenue by guiding medium-enterprise customers from legacy systems to the Workday Enterprise Management Cloud. You work with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer needs and demonstrate ongoing value from day one. Responsabilità

- Develop strategy to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities in assigned territory
- Plan accounts in collaboration with pre-sales and resources to ensure strategic alignment




- Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects and articulate Workday value propositions
- Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and forecast data

Requisiti fondamentali

- 4+ years selling SaaS/Cloud ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position
- 4+ years negotiating deals with C-Suite Executives to close opportunities
- 4+ years programmatic lead generation in territory
