Overview

In this role, you act as the technical reference for strategic data center accounts within the Europe Solution Center, leading tender technicals and coordinating cross-functional experts. You shape proposals, ensure technical soundness, and guide execution handover, influencing design choices and governance on quality, safety, and cybersecurity. You work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver competitive, executable offers that align with Schneider Electric’s data center portfolio. This is a high-visibility, customer-facing leadership role with a strong impact on large, international programs.

Responsabilità

- Serve as the primary technical contact for electrical design topics with customers
- Lead technical workshops and explain design choices to senior stakeholders
- Review RFQs and documentation; define architecture, assumptions and compliance matrices




- Coordinate all technical contributors and align them with RFQ timelines
- Defend technical choices during post-submission clarifications and manage revisions
- Ensure tender commitments are sound, competitive and executable under governance
- Hand over awarded projects to execution teams and oversee changes and variations
- Promote standardization and reuse of solutions across countries and capture lessons learned

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- 7+ years leading the technical scope of customer projects, ideally large and international
- Solid LV and MV electrical design foundations; good UPS knowledge; transformers and busways appreciated
- Tender/bid experience with RFQs and compressed timelines
- Direct customer-facing technical experience
- Data center experience is a strong advantage
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
