Overview

In this role you drive the transformation roadmap for the Italian Claims IT platform, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with the global transformation program. You oversee the current platform while steering AI-driven evolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will govern AI adoption, monitor performance, and manage delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. This position offers impact on platform modernization and business-aligned IT services within a global context.

Responsabilità

- Plan and steer transformation roadmap: scope, budget, forecast, dependencies and milestones; enable change management and benefits realization.
- Contribute to end-to-end service management of the IT Claims platform and achieve SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
- Coordinate with Allianz Technology Group and local teams to align Italian Claims systems with the global program.
- Engage with Claims business to define new technological solutions and support business strategy.




- Govern GenAI and Agentic AI tool adoption across the development lifecycle; embed AI as a core driver of transformation.
- Guide teams in AI-driven development practices, evaluate use cases and support rollout across the platform.
- Monitor service performance and platform health; manage incidents and problems; escalate risks as needed.

Requisiti fondamentali

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; proven problem-solving attitude.
- Proven program and portfolio management in Agile/SAFe environments; roadmap, budget, risk, and governance experience.
- IT service management knowledge; experience in incident/problem management.
- Experience guiding GenAI and Agentic AI tool adoption at platform/team level.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and coordinating vendors.
- Degree in IT, Engineering or Management; 10+ years in service/IT operations management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management; fluent in Italian and English.
