Overview

In this role you will manage end-to-end contract paperwork, ensure quality and consistency, and track execution and amendments. You will coordinate with sites and third parties, maintain both physical and electronic repositories, and generate reports to monitor progress and data integrity. The position involves cross-functional collaboration in a Milan office, with a focus on process improvement and timely correspondence. You will support the organization’s clinical development operations by enabling accurate contract handling and approvals.

Responsabilità

- Review and finalize contract documents (headers/footers/file naming); apply watermarks and protections
- Print, assemble, track contracts and amendments; mass mail as needed
- Secure signatures through departmental processes; organize site mailings and correspondence
- Update and maintain tracking databases; run reports for outstanding contracts and data quality




- Follow up on signatures and maintain data integrity across repositories
- Organize, archive, and retrieve contracts and related documents; maintain electronic repository
- Archive documents to third-party repository; assist in data gathering and analysis
- Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3 years’ experience in an administrative environment or equivalent
- Contract management experience
- Working knowledge of the clinical development process
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Innovative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
