Responsabilità

- Coordinate and manage strategic marketing partnerships and special projects in the Italian market, with alignment to global initiatives
- Act as the main operational contact for partnerships and projects, liaising with internal teams and external partners
- Sync cross-functional activities to meet objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Monitor progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions for effective execution
- Oversee end-to-end marketing budgeting in collaboration with Marketing Manager, consolidating inputs from all marketing areas




- Support budget proposals and documentation for Top Management review and approval
- Lead budget monitoring meetings, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions
- Coordinate invoicing and payments with marketing resources and other departments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain accurate tracking of contractual and financial documentation for marketing activities and partnerships
- Prepare periodic reports, budget summaries, and presentations for Marketing Manager and Top Management
- Consolidate information on expenditures, partnerships, and project progress for management reviews

Requisiti fondamentali

- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with exposure to partnerships, project coordination, and budgeting
- Understanding of marketing dynamics, partnerships, and cross-functional processes; automotive experience a plus
- Solid budgeting and financial skills including contractual documentation and invoicing
- Proven project coordination and stakeholder management with internal and international teams
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point for structured reporting
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork across departments and international contexts
- Proactive, accountable, adaptable with the ability to work independently
- Excellent Italian and English language skills; additional languages a plus
