In this role you will shape the Cooling Services offering for EMEA customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales and design phases. You will define end-to-end service packages, including digital offers, and partner with global teams to drive adoption of Eco Care and Eco Fit. You’ll combine technical insight with commercial strategy to deliver value-based solutions for data center customers, while coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders.

Responsabilità
- Build and maintain relationships with local Service and Secure Power sales teams to support global strategic accounts
- Serve as main contact for Cooling Services value proposition for local teams and customers
- Develop trusted-advisor relationships with VIP customers and prospective clients
- Engage with customers through site visits and discussions to support regional teams
- Identify customer needs and translate them into end-to-end service approaches (Cooling Service Framework, Eco Care, Eco Fit)
- Lead technical aspects of commercial activities to support Cooling Services growth
- Define the best customer service package, including digital service offers
- Review RFQs and guide sales teams to competitive solutions
- Coordinate knowledge transfer and training for local/regional service organizations
- Provide market feedback to improve offers and support deployment of Cooling Services Playbook in EMEA
- Collaborate with Cooling LOB and cross-functional teams (R&D;, Manufacturing, Sustaining, L4)
- Ensure smooth handover to Service/Product Specialists and Tendering teams
- Support Service Line of Business with market and commercial insights
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
- 3–10 years of cooling experience with data center applications, preferably in a service environment
- Knowledge of cooling products and services (chillers, CDUs, InRoom, InRow)
- Awareness of the data center market and competitive landscape
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, with client-facing experience across cultures
- Fluent English; additional languages an advantage
- Basic to advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365
