Hill International is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Office Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong administrative experience who can support daily office operations, coordinate personnel mobilization activities, manage documentation, and ensure the efficient functioning of a dynamic multinational work environment. Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum 5 years of previous experience in administrative duties
* Romanian with excellent knowledge of English Language is mandatory.
* Previous experience in multinational environment will be a plus
* Professional use of Windows suite for PC
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* University Degree will be preferred. Duties And Responsibilities
* Support Day to Day Office activities including handling calls,



office supplies and stationery.
* Liaise with employees, project teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate mobilization, site access, permits, and compliance documentation.
* Ensures protocol activity during meetings, in accordance with daily requirements
* Ability to organize time, tasks and workplace;
* Ability to focus on multitasking.
* Attention to detail.
* Draws up the list of product requirements for the main office and maintains the relationship with the suppliers of these products;
* Arrange travel requirements.
* Performs other administrative assignments as required.
