Job description- Manage mechanical installation packages, overseeing daily site operations, construction activities and progress against project schedules.- Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, monitoring workforce levels, installation progress and programme delivery.- Oversee site health and safety, mechanical QA/QC procedures, inspections and project documentation.- Manage package costs, including labour, subcontractors, materials, plant, equipment and variations.- Coordinate procurement schedules and material deliveries to ensure mechanical installation works progress as planned.- Supervise and mentor junior engineers, supporting project planning, progress reporting and technical coordination.- Work closely with project managers, engineers, planners and commercial teams to identify delays, manage risks and control project changes.- Oversee snagging, project close-out and handover documentation, including O&M; manuals, safety files and quality records.

Required profile- Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within engineering or construction.- Proven experience coordinating and managing large-scale construction projects.- Mechanical trade background with an engineering qualification or relevant industry experience.- Experience supervising mechanical installation works, subcontractors and site operations.- Strong understanding of construction programmes, mechanical QA/QC,



health and safety and project delivery requirements.- Ability to manage project schedules, labour resources, technical coordination and competing site priorities.- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and general project documentation.- Fluent English and willingness to travel.- Must hold a valid EU passport.
