About the Role

GB1 is looking for a Kitchen Porter/Assistant to join its team at its base in Bagnoli, Naples.

Location: Bagnoli, Naples, Italy

Contract type: Fixed Term - January 27 – August 27’

Hours: 40 per week

Salary: EUR 25,500 – 28,500 RAL, depending on experience, Prorata for the fixed term period

Requirements:

- Cleaning of the kitchen, canteen area, & coffee area
- Washing kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, glassware, etc.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks
- Manage kitchen waste
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and quality to the highest level
- Good team player
- Punctual
- Flexible approach to support the needs of the business

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in a Kitchen Porter/Assistant role
- Fluent Italian speaker with a good level of English language too
- Familiar with the local Bagnoli area
