Vertiv Co is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner - Manufacturing to partner with the Manufacturing leadership in Piove di Sacco, Italy. You will drive workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and employee relations to support business objectives.

The role combines hands-on HR support with strategic initiatives, including talent management, design changes, and development programs. Fluency in English and experience in an industrial setting are essential.
