Lexroom is expanding its engineering organization and seeks a Staff Engineer to steer architectural decisions across squads, own major initiatives, and raise the engineering bar as we scale. You'll report to our engineering leadership with autonomy and no direct reports. You'll work across frontend, backend, systems, and architecture, driving cross-team initiatives and shaping technical direction while balancing speed and long-term quality. Fluent English is required; Italian is a plus.
