The Tour Guy is seeking a curious, commercially minded professional to join our e-commerce team in Italy. You will audit categories, grow the portfolio, and negotiate with local suppliers to build a compelling selection of experiences for English-speaking travelers. You will manage product listings in our CMS, monitor performance metrics such as CVR, ATC, bookings, and margin, and collaborate with CX, marketing, merchandising and operations to ensure successful launches and ongoing success.
