We are looking for an experienced Customer Contract Manager to manage the end-to-end client contract lifecycle, including request-to-cash activities, service setup, governance, commercial management, process optimisation, and organic growth.

Key responsibilities
* Manage client contracts, governance, obligations, risks, quality, and profitability.
* Design and optimise request-to-cash processes.
* Lead client engagement and coordinate cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
* Support solution design, service creation, commercial proposals, and contract growth.
* Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience in the telecom or IT industry.
* Strong client relationship, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in contract management, process optimisation, financial management, and matrix teams.
* Degree in Business, Science, or a relevant discipline.
* ITIL certification preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
