BD Italy seeks an experienced Legal Counsel based in Milan to provide strategic legal guidance across business units including tender, market access, HR and compliance. The role reports to the EMEA Chief Legal Counsel and dotted line to the Italy General Manager. You will help ensure regulatory compliance, manage risk, draft and review contracts, supervise corporate documentation, and support data privacy agreements while coordinating with the EMEA Compliance team to implement BD Ethics programs
