Would you like to build on your experience in controlling within an international organisation, working with structured processes, complex systems, and a matrix organisation? We are looking for a Financial Business Partner to join our Forlì office on a fixed-term contract for maternity cover. You will support the Finance & Supply Chain Manager with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and internal controls, working closely with Sales, Marketing, IT and HR, as well as local and Group finance stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
• prepare and analyse financial and management reports;
• support budgeting and forecasting processes;
• analyse costs, risks, provisions and variances;
• provide data analysis and insights to support business decisions;
• use ERP and CRM tools and Power BI dashboards;
• apply financial policies and internal control frameworks;
• support audits and related improvement plans;
• collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders, both locally and internationally. Requirements
• a degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field;
• at least 3/5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A; or Finance Business Partnering, preferably within a well-established company and/or a multinational organisation;
• strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail;
• knowledge of JD Edwards or another enterprise-level ERP system would be an advantage;




• the ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders;
• a good command of English;
• the ability to work in a complex, international matrix environment. Knowledge of the animal health or pharmaceutical sectors, or other regulated industries, would be an advantage. The role may involve occasional travel within Italy and abroad. Contract and compensation Fixed-term contract for maternity cover. The gross annual salary will range from €35,000 to €42,000, in line with the relevant market, and depending on the candidate’s profile / experience. Why join us?
