Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10–20 years of experience in embedded software development and software architecture.
• Deep expertise in Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Design Patterns, Architectural Patterns, and Concurrency Patterns.
• Extensive hands-on development in C++, with good familiarity in C.
• Strong background in Linux/QNX RTOS, POSIX APIs, CMake, Make, and Gnu Auto Tools.
• Proficient in version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and software traceability.
• Experience with automotive communication protocols: CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet.
• Familiarity with tools such as Vector CANoe/CANalyzer, INCA, and dSpace.
• Understanding of memory architecture (Flash, EEPROM),



bootloaders, and secure firmware update flows.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR Adaptive/Classic, Yocto, or Android Automotive.
• Exposure to REST APIs, MQTT, DTLS, and modern IoT communication stacks.
• Good understanding of the OSI-ISO networking model and embedded networking stack.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional discussions and drive system-level alignment.
• Prior experience working in Agile, globally distributed development environments.
