We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. You will work on identity and access management projects for the Court in Luxembourg, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work.

Key Responsibilities

-

- Conduct business needs analysis and current‑state assessment for authentication and access management.

- Map existing permissions models to the new IAM platform and define migration approaches.

- Lead application onboarding, define integration requirements and follow up implementation.

- Design authorization, roles, groups and permissions models and manage lifecycle processes.

- Implement delegated access management workflows and governance with business users.

- Prepare and coordinate business acceptance testing, produce documentation and conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions.





Required Qualifications

-

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management or related business analysis.

- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Red Hat Identity Manager.

- Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering and functional documentation skills.

- Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria and conduct UAT.

Nice to have

-

- Familiarity with EU regulatory compliance (e.g., Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2023/2841).

- Experience with Oracle WebCenter Content or similar enterprise applications. xbvzest

- Knowledge of API integration and automation for IAM processes.

- Project management certifications such as PMP.
