the chemical profiles of grape samples from different cultivars and agronomic conditions will be characterized. The resulting datasets will be integrated using bioinformatics tools, multivariate analysis, and machine learning approaches to identify biomarkers associated with quality, resilience, and sustainability. The project will also contribute to the development of predictive models and data integration platforms supporting the valorization of agri-food resources and the transfer of innovation.
