On behalf of a well-established and continuously evolving technology company operating at an international level, we are seeking an IT Manager. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, multicultural, and highly skilled environment, playing a key role in the evolution of the company's technology infrastructure and information systems. Reporting directly to the CTO, the IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, security, and continuous development of the entire corporate IT ecosystem. This role offers significant international exposure, requiring close collaboration with stakeholders across multiple countries. The position combines operational responsibility for the IT infrastructure with active involvement in defining and executing the organization's technology roadmap. The selected candidate will contribute to the company's growth through the adoption of new technologies, process digitalization initiatives, and the implementation of innovative solutions, including projects related to Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the company's IT infrastructure, both on-premises and cloud-based.
- Ensure high standards of system reliability, availability, and security.
- Coordinate external vendors, technology partners, and consultants.
- Collaborate with the CTO in defining and implementing the company's technology strategy.
- Manage and monitor the IT budget and technology investments.
- Support the evolution of digital platforms and business-critical applications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Lead digital transformation and technology innovation projects.
- Work closely with international business functions to gather requirements, define priorities, and ensure alignment between IT solutions and business objectives.
- Promote initiatives related to cybersecurity, data governance, and business continuity.
- Evaluate, introduce, and support solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.




- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in IT roles with increasing managerial responsibility.
- Strong experience in managing complex IT infrastructures, networking, cloud systems, and hybrid environments.
- Previous experience within international organizations, working daily with multicultural teams and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in vendor and technology partner management.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT governance, and business continuity.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in defining, evaluating, or implementing Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or advanced business process automation projects.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

- Salary Range: €110.000 gross annual salary, commensurate with experience, skills, and seniority.
