This role is critical in driving forecast accuracy, ensuring right service levels, optimizing inventory levels, minimizing business waste and supporting strategic decision-making to meet customer demand efficiently. This role is vital in ensuring that the company can meet customer demand efficiently while minimizing costs cash and maximizing service levels. /ph3What you’ll be responsible for /h3ulliForecast Management:



Develop and maintain accurate short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts using machine learning models / AI driven forecasting tools, market intelligence, and cross-functional inputs. /liliSOP Leadership: Lead the demand planning component of the Sales Operations Planning (SOP) process, ensuring alignment across commercial, supply, and finance functions. /liliCollaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to gather insights on promotions, product launches, and market trends. Lead the link to service provider teams for short term service as well as demand planning. /implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast reliability. /liliService and Inventory Optimization: Support inventory planning by balancing service levels, working capital, and supply constraints while minimizing business waste. /liliData Systems: Lead implementation adoption of new TMICC tech and tools (Kinaxis) and analytics platforms to drive data-driven decisions. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). /liliMinimum of 10 years of experience in demand planning and SOP. /liliStrong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP,
