pCapsLock builds exceptional marketing solutions for large partners in the home improvement industry. We don’t just advertise our clients’ products or services
- we build long-term marketing solutions within the context of permanent partnerships. /Our business model demands top talent across the board, and we aim to create conditions that attract and retain the best individuals globally. /ph3Role Overview /h3pWe are expanding our Product team, and this role owns a slice of the internal product ecosystem our teams run the business on. /ppYour starting focus is the Media Buyer Automation Platform — the rules engine, pacing logic, spend controls, alerting, and workflow tooling that let a small team of buyers manage budgets that would otherwise require significantly more headcount. From there, your scope extends across the internal tools that support the wider acquisition engine: marketing automation, reporting and analytics workflows, creative operations, and the new tooling we build as the business shifts. We expect the exact portfolio to evolve, and we are hiring someone who wants that rather than someone looking for a single fixed product. /Your users are colleagues, the feedback loop is short, and your work shows up in CPA, ROAS, wasted spend, and hours returned to the team. You will report to the Head of Product and work daily with Engineering, Data, Media Buying, Creative, and Operations. /Product Strategy Roadmap /b /liliOwn the end-to-end roadmap for the Media Buyer Automation Platform, including discovery, prioritization, specifications, delivery, adoption, and iteration. /liliTake on additional internal products as the portfolio grows, sequencing work across marketing automation, reporting and analytics, creative operations, cross-platform account management,
and data reconciliation while maintaining focus on the core platform. /liliIdentify manual processes that are consuming capacity across the business and evaluate whether they should be automated through internal development, external solutions, or left unchanged. /lilibProduct Development Delivery /b /liliWrite clear product specifications that engineers can build from, including edge cases, failure modes, rollback behavior, and a defined bar for completion. /liliPrototype ideas and build lightweight automations where this can accelerate alignment or address smaller workflow needs without relying on the engineering roadmap. /lilibAdoption, Measurement Collaboration /b /liliDrive product adoption through onboarding, enablement, documentation, and continuous feedback loops that ensure tools remain actively used and valuable. /liliDefine and track meaningful product metrics, ensuring they are properly instrumented and visible, while partnering with Data on event taxonomy, attribution challenges, and measurement trade-offs. /lilibExperimentation Optimization /b /liliRun experiments and staged rollouts to validate changes, particularly for functionality that affects advertising spend, before deploying them across full budgets. /liliContinuously evaluate and iterate on products based on performance data, user feedback, and evolving business needs. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli4+ years in Product Management,
with 2+ years owning data-heavy or workflow-heavy products end-to-end. /liliProven track record of building internal or B2B tools for colleagues and driving high adoption. /liliSkilled in KPI design, event taxonomy, dashboarding, and turning numbers into decisions. /liliActive use of AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, n8n, custom scripts) to build prototypes and automate workflows. (liliPractical understanding of LLM limitations, probabilistic feature evaluation, and fallback logic. /liliStrong track record of launching small, frequent releases rather than big-bang updates. /liliExcellent written/verbal English—creates clear specs, explicit trade-offs, and transparent status updates. /li /ulh3Nice-to-Haves /h3ulliExperience with paid acquisition platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), rules engines, budget pacing, or creative testing workflows. /liliComputer Science, Computer Engineering degree, or experience managing complex SaaS products with multi-platform API integrations. /liliHands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks, feature flagging, or staged rollout systems for spend-affecting logic. /h3pNot only do
we offer
fair and competitive pay, but we also provide perks and benefits that support your well-being and growth. Here are some of them: /ph3Remote Work /h3pWe are a truly remote-first company. ph3Paid Time Off /h3pWork-life balance matters to us, and we support it with paid time off for rest, personal time, or simply doing what makes you happy. /That’s why we support continuous learning with workshops, online courses, conferences, and certifications. /ph3Home Office /h3pWe help you set up your perfect workspace by covering equipment and furniture expenses, so you can do your best work from home. /ph3Physical Well-Being /h3pFrom gym memb
