RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Execute and support projects aligned with brand
* Support end-to-end development activities, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure successful project delivery
* Perform hands-on technical work, support the manufacturing scale-up team, data analysis, and pipeline execution
* Utilize expertise in formulations, ingredient selection, raw material management, and cost optimization
* Translate product science into consumer-relevant insights
* Prepare technical reports/manuscripts, provide project updates, and facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration to generate new ideas and solutions. Functie-eisen REQUIRED

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Education Level: BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology,



or related field.
* Language Level: Fluent in English (written and spoken), minimum C1 level.
* Ability to work independently, organize and execute assigned tasks efficiently, and manage communication flow for multiple initiatives
