Context & Objectives

Working for a specialized AI consulting firm serving the Finance industry, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact solutions. We aim to move beyond basic automation by deploying AI-powered agents and advanced low-code applications directly within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

The goal is to bridge the gap between complex financial data processing and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring that our finance-sector clients agevolazioni from faster, smarter, and more reliable workflows while maintaining the highest levels of data integrity.

Language Requirement (Eliminating Criterion)

The mission is carried out entirely in French: workshops with business teams, client exchanges, training sessions, documentation and deliverables. The candidate must be a French speaker with a minimum C1 level (CEFR). Applications that do not meet this requirement cannot be considered.

Expected Services

- AI Agent Development: Design and deploy conversational and autonomous agents using Copilot Studio (topics, actions, connectors, knowledge sources) to interact with financial datasets.

- Low-Code Applications: Build Power Apps (canvas and model-driven)



and robust Power Automate flows to automate data transformation and reporting.

- Business Enablement: Create and lead, in French, training sessions for Business Users to ensure they can effectively use and manage the new AI tools.

- Integration: Connect Power Platform solutions with external financial data sources or data warehouses (Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, APIs, custom connectors).

Technical Skills

- Expertise in Copilot Studio: Agent design, orchestration, management of knowledge sources and guardrails.

- Expertise in Power Apps & Power Platform: Canvas/model-driven apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Fx and API integrations.

- Finance Industry Awareness: Experience handling sensitive data and understanding the accuracy requirements of financial reporting.

- Pedagogy: Strong communication skills in French (minimum C1) to translate technical concepts into training for non-technical business profiles.

Expected Deliverables

- Functional AI Agents & Applications: Fully deployed Copilot Studio agents, Power Apps and flows integrated into the client's Microsoft 365 environment.

- Security Documentation: A brief security assessment for each tool, including data flow diagrams and risk mitigations.

- Training Kit: User manuals and training materials in French (slides/video demos) tailored for Business Users.

- Handover Report: Final transition of solutions, environment variables, and administrative controls.
