The role connects demand and supply planning across a 14-week to two-year planning horizon and the annual long-term capacity plan. /ppbKey responsibilities /b /pulliBalance and allocate production volumes across the Biologicals manufacturing network,



optimising capacity utilisation and supporting service-level targets. /liliTranslate global demand into executable site-level plans across the 0-week to 2-year planning horizon, coordinating production, logistics and regional/country requirements. /liliProactively identify constraints, manage material availability and calculate gross and net requirements for Seaweeds, Premixes and Key Ingredients. /liliManage the ROP process for assigned sites and provide supply-feasibility, capacity-outlook and inventory-projection inputs for Global SOP. /liliCollaborate with global planners, regional and country teams to ensure local teams maintain planning master data—including BOMs, routings, lead times and safety stocks—in SAP S/4HANA. /liliPartner with Procurement and local planning teams to secure timely availability of critical materials. /liliSupport new product introductions through supply-chain setup, trial planning and ramp-up scheduling. /li /ulpbWhat you bring /b /pulliStrong analytical capability and confidence managing complex planning scenarios and trade-off decisions. /liliA detail-oriented problem-solving mindset that drives operational issue resolution. /liliAn effective communicator and collaborative partner across global, regional, site-level and cross-functional teams. /liliProficiency in Excel and SAP-based planning tools. /liliProfessional proficiency in English and Italian; Spanish and Portuguese are advantageous. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
