The successful candidate will own system architecture design from kernel to framework, tackle reliability, safety isolation, and AI acceleration challenges, and lay the groundwork for the next-generation vehicle computing platform. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libAutomotive-Grade Reliability Architecture /b: Build a high-reliability OS framework with strong fault-tolerance for cockpit, driving, and vehicle control scenarios. /li libSmart Cockpit OS Architecture /b: Contribute end-to-end architecture design and evolution of the cockpit OS, from kernel to framework, ensuring industry-leading performance and robustness.



/li libMulti-Domain Convergence /b: Contribute to the design of virtualization, isolation mechanisms, and efficient resource sharing architectures to support convergence of cockpit, vehicle control, and autonomous driving domains. /li libNext-Gen AI-Centric OS /b: Develop key OS technologies to support efficient AI-Agent and heterogeneous resource scheduling and sandboxing enabling a solid foundation for onboard AI applications. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field /li li3+ years of OS kernel development experience in embedded systems /li liGood understanding of low-level system performance and reliability optimization /li liExperience with kernel sub-systems such as scheduling, memory management, device drivers, and system debugging /li liExcellent cross-cultural communication and strategic thinking /li liFluent in English and confident in public technical discourse /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liPublications or patent record in system software /li liPublications in top-tier conferences (OSDI, ASPLOS, EuroSys, etc.) /li liContributions in mainstream OS kernels, real-time systems, or embedded OS /li liFamiliarity with automotive functional safety standards (ISO26262, ASIL levels) /li liExpertise in OS safety, virtualization,
