You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure and customize our platform, and guide them through the implementation process.



This role combines technical expertise with a strong customer focus, ensuring that our clients experience a seamless transition to Deel’s global payroll and compliance platform. Your work will directly contribute to client success and Deel's growth in new markets. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead client onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring a smooth transition to Deel’s platform. /li liCollaborate with clients to understand their requirements and configure Deel’s solutions to meet their needs. /li liProvide product expertise and guidance to clients during the implementation phase, including platform setup, integrations, and testing. /li liWork closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to implementation. /li liDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to track progress and ensure successful delivery. /li liProvide training and support to clients on using Deel’s platform effectively. /li liTroubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process. /li liIdentify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance implementation efficiency. /li liEnsure client feedback is captured and communicated to internal teams for product improvements. /li liManage multiple client implementations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, project management, or a similar role. /li liStrong understanding of SaaS platforms, global payroll, or HRIS systems. /li liProven experience managing client relationships and guiding clients through the implementation process. /li liStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and multiple priorities. /li liExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences. /li liExperience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira). /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. /li liAbility to travel as needed for client meetings or on-site implementations (if applicable). /li liBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. /li /ul h3Total Rewards /h3 pOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
