Job description Manage electrical installation packages throughout the construction lifecycle, ensuring works meet programme, quality and technical requirements. Oversee electrical subcontractors, coordinating site activities, labour resources and progress against project schedules. Manage electrical site operations, working closely with project managers, engineering teams, consultants and other contractors. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, project specifications and QA/QC procedures. Monitor electrical package costs, including labour, materials, plant, equipment, subcontractors and variations. Coordinate material procurement and deliveries to support construction schedules and minimise delays. Manage progress reporting, site inspections, snagging and quality documentation. Support project close-out, including O&M; manuals, safety files, QA documentation and final handover requirements.

Required profile Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within engineering or construction. Proven experience coordinating and managing large-scale electrical installation projects. A relevant electrical trade qualification and/or third-level qualification. Experience working on design and build construction projects. Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical building services systems.



Experience managing subcontractors, construction programmes, health and safety requirements and project delivery. Experience dealing with industrial relations matters. Strong communication, organisational and IT skills, with the ability to manage projects against strict deadlines. Must hold a valid EU passport.
