With strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you can lead and develop a team while remaining actively involved in technical implementation and working effectively with different stakeholders. /liliA degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field. /liliStrong ability to combine people management with hands‑on technical work, maintaining code quality while supporting team growth and collaboration. /liliAt least 10 years of experience in GUI development with Qt6 and C++ (QML is a plus), with the ability to implement complex features and actively contribute to the codebase. /liliProven experience in leading and developing technical teams, including performance reviews, mentoring, team development and conflict management, with an empathetic and collaborative approach.



/liliStrong knowledge and practical experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, sprint planning, backlog management and continuous improvement. /liliA strong product development mindset, with experience balancing technical excellence and business objectives, making technical decisions and supporting timely delivery. /liliFluency in English. /li /ulh3Salary pay information /h3pLocation: Padova, Italy €63.360 - €87.120. The stated salary comprises annual base pay and target variable compensation.
