To expand its internal operations,VERSYA—a SYS-DAT Group companybased in Carpi—is seeking:
BUSINESS CONSULTANTThe selected candidate will join the consulting department and will be responsible for
LiabilitySpecialized Consulting:Provide second-level implementation consulting to resolve issues and optimize the client's business processes through the use of ERP software.
Requirements Analysis: Gatherand analyze customer requests to understand their needs and define the most appropriate solutions.
Incident Management: Takecharge of and manage reports of software issues, coordinating activities until they are fully resolved.
User Training: Organizeand conduct training sessions for customers on how to use new modules or implemented features.




Functional testing: Performthorough testing to validate the developed solutions and ensure that they meet the client's requirements.
Documentation Preparation: Writeclear and detailed technical documents that describe the analyses performed and the proposed solutions.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics or equivalent qualifications and/or knowledge of key business processes (accounting and administrative processes in particular)
Strong problem-solving skills
Online Customer Management Capabilities
Ability to work in a team
