Le seguenti informazioni devono essere lette attentamente da tutti i candidati.As Randstad Enterprise, for one of our Clients, we are looking for a Customer Order Specialist in a Temporary contract for 1 year to join the Team in Italy.ResponsibilitiesEnter, monitor and update orders within SAP.Manage the entire Order-to-Deliver (O2D) process, from order receipt through customer delivery.Monitor product availability and delivery schedules.Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and internal functions involved in the process.Manage operational issues and related escalations.Maintain ongoing communication with customers.Support reporting activities and service KPI monitoring.Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.RequirementsPrevious experience in Order Management roles, including the operational management of the end-to-end order lifecycle.Excellent knowledge of SAP, specifically Sales & Distribution (SD)
