Without being limited to any business unit, we demonstrated our deep Java development expertise by delivering SaaS platforms in various domains: Web Applications in e-Commerce, Automotive, Telco, Insurance, Banking and Public sector, even Big Data and scientific applications.We are seeking a Java Developer – Spring Backend or Backend-Focused Full Stack (Angular) to join a forward-thinking initiative in the financial sector, where we are building a new AI?powered platform that helps users submit tax appeals against imposed decisions, guiding them with relevant legislation examples and supporting the full appeals process.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of an intelligent backend pipeline powered by LLMs, vector databases, RAG optimization, Azure OpenAI integrations, and a modern Angular frontend focused on AI?centric UX and seamless integration of model?generated outputs.The project is fully owned and delivered from Romania, where our team has earned the client's trust to drive architecture, key technical decisions, and to grow the team ourselves by selecting colleagues we believe will thrive alongside us.




You will join a full?Scrum team that we're building from the ground up for an exciting project at its very beginning.What You'll Be DoingDevelopment of microservices and integration with the existing platformImplement a Java application using Spring Boot on backend side and Angular on frontend side, ensuring seamless compatibility, scalability, and fault toleranceImplement data models, APIs, and microservices to integrate with existing systems and databases, enabling seamless data exchange and real?time updatesDevelop algorithms and implement forecasting models to predict production volumes based on historical data, market demand, and other relevant factorsCreate intuitive user interfaces to facilitate data input, visualization, and analysis, enabling production planners to make informed decisionsCollaborate with the testing team to ensure proper functionality, performance, and reliability of the application, conducting thorough unit and integration testingOptimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, fine?tuning code, and implementing caching mechanisms where applicableDocument the development process, including design decisions, technical specifications, and user guides, to ensure knowledge transfer and facilitate future maintenanceContribute to the integration of Generative AI capabilities (e.G., ChatGPT?based solutions) into enterprise applicationsSupport LLM fine?tuning and prompt engineering activities to enhance domain?specific use cases (e.G.,
