Earn 5%–9% of your centre's monthly Gross Profit as your active student base grows.Based on an illustrative centre growth scenario, your additional bonus could average:Bonus projections are illustrative, not guaranteed, and depend on actual centre performance and Gross Profit.Your Role in Our MissionDrive local marketing and sales initiatives as an individual contributor to grow the customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targetsWork alongside and coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers),



fostering an engaging and supportive environmentOversee the daily operations of the GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality servicesBuild and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfactionMonitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise resultsMaintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and tutorsReport directly to the Head of Revenue for the marketWhat You Will BringA proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and make things happenStrong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and guide your local teamExcellent organisational and prioritisation abilities to manage multiple tasks effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skills in both Italian and EnglishA customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding educational experiencesAnalytical thinking to track KPIs and turn data into actions and improvementsOpenness StatementWe value your unique skills and passion.
