Magic Engineering, born from Magicmotorsport expertise, is seeking a UX Researcher to place the user at the center of product development. You will join the Product & Service Design team to deliver clear, actionable insights and advocate for user voice throughout the design process.
You will drive mixed-method research, conduct interviews and usability tests, collaborate with Designers, PMs and engineers, and help align product direction with user needs.
