Customer Order Management Specialist – 1-year Temporary Contract
As Randstad Enterprise, for one of our Clients, we are looking for a Customer Order Specialist in a Temporary contract for 1 year to join the Team in Italy.
Responsibilities
Enter, monitor and update orders within SAP.
Manage the entire Order-to-Deliver (O2D) process, from order receipt through customer delivery.
Monitor product availability and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and internal functions involved in the process.
Manage operational issues and related escalations.
Maintain ongoing communication with customers.
Support reporting activities and service KPI monitoring.
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Previous experience in Order Management roles, including the operational management of the end-to-end order lifecycle.
Excellent knowledge of SAP, specifically Sales & Distribution (SD) module.
Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.




Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Preferred skills and experiences
Experience in multinational companies or structured business environments.
Knowledge of logistics and distribution processes.
Familiarity with KPIs and service performance metrics.
Strong customer focus, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
High level of accuracy, proactivity, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines.
Additional information
The salary for this position is € ****** gross per year.
