The tax and legal experts at KPMG Studio Associato provide assistance in all the key tax and corporate law areas, offering innovative, integrated services.
In particular, by joining the Tax Department of our Turin office, you will help support clients in addressing challenges related to key areas of taxation.
You will operate in a constantly evolving scenario, where national and international regulations intertwine with market and public opinion expectations on crucial topics such as ethics, transparency, and corporate governance
Specifically you will be tasked with:
Analysing issues concerning domestic direct and indirect taxation and offering ongoing advice to companies;
Expressing opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.);
Analysing the taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.);
Tax compliance.
You will be involved in
national
and
international projects
, working alongside highly qualified professionals and acquiring top-level skills through interaction with the brightest minds in the field.
Come As You Are – Your Skills and Profile
This opportunity is perfect for you if:
You hold a Master's degree in Economics (LM 77 or LM 56) or Law (LMG 01) with a final grade of at least *******
You are either a certified




Chartered Accountant/Lawyer
or intend to begin the professional training
You have a
good command of English
, ideally supported by study and/or work experiences abroad
You have a good working knowledge of Office tools, especially
Excel and PowerPoint
You possess strong interpersonal and
teamworking skills
A post-graduate specialisation in Tax Law would be a definite plus.
