/p h3Responsibilities and Activities /h3 ul liContact suppliers to ensure that all purchase orders have been received and that deliveries are completed within the expected timelines.
/li liMaintain constant communication with suppliers and shipping companies throughout the delivery process.
/li liPromptly inform project management teams if a critical delivery is expected to be delayed.




/li liCollaborate with suppliers to resolve invoicing issues that could delay critical shipments.
/li liComply with company regulations regarding quality, environment, and safety.
/li liEnsure confidentiality and avoid disclosing sensitive information to third parties.
/li liAdapt to organizational changes required by the direct supervisor /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Technical: /h3 ul liDegree or diploma in a technical field.
/li liAt least 1 year of experience in Sales or Purchasing environments.
/li liEnglish proficiency at C1 level.
/li liProficiency in MS Office applications.
/li liMechanical or electronic technical knowledge.
/li liAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
/li liKnowledge of ISO ****, ISO *****, and ISO ***** standards.
/li liKnowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
