/li liIntegrate Zendesk with enterprise systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware, ensuring seamless connectivity across the application landscape.
/li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul li3-5 years of hands?on experience leading and executing complex Zendesk implementation projects.
/li liSolid background as a Consultant or Architect specialized in Zendesk with strong knowledge of the suite, custom apps and APIs.
/li liExcellent communication skills and ability to work in agile, team?oriented environments.
/li liGood command of English, both spoken and written.
/li liThe gross annual salary for this position ranges from €40,000 to €50,000.
It may be adjusted based on the candidate's skills and experience beyond the required level.
The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
