/liliComplete Intune Autopilot staging and device configuration.
/liliSupport end users with data migration and user setup activities.
/liliExecute device wiping and asset management processes.
/liliTroubleshoot hardware, software, printer, network, and peripheral issues.
/liliProvide deskside support and excellent customer service.




/liliAccurately manage tickets and incident updates through a ticketing system.
/liliSupport Microsoft 365 environments and Active Directory administration.
/li /ulh3Must-Have Skills: /h3ulliMinimum 3 years' IT Support/Deskside Support experience.
/liliExperience with Microsoft Intune Autopilot and device deployment.
/liliMicrosoft 365 and Active Directory knowledge.
/liliBasic LAN, Wi-Fi and VPN troubleshooting experience.
/liliHardware diagnostics for laptops, desktops and printers.
/liliExperience with ticket management systems (ServiceNow preferred).
/liliUser data backup, restore and migration experience.
