The successful candidate will work in a bdynamic, fast-paced international environment, collaborating with a highly motivated team.
/b /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppProvide e-mail and phone support to families throughout the customer journey, from initial inquiry to post-enrollment assistance.
/ppManage and collect leads and contacts using platforms such as bZoho CRM and Shopify.
/b /ppOversee administrative and back-office processes related to enrollments, ensuring data accuracy and completeness of required documentation.
/ppVerify registration documents and monitor payment status, following up with families when necessary.
/ppPromote H-FARM Summer Academy programs through campus tours, Open Days, and events.
/ppPrepare and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor performance against business objectives and enrollment targets.




/ppSupport the Marketing team in creating surveys and analyzing customer satisfaction data.
/ppContribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience for prospective and current participants and their families.
/ppbQualifications Skills /b /ppBachelor's or Master's degree.
/ppPrevious experience in customer service, admissions, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred.
/ppExcellent written and verbal communication skills in bothb Italian and English (C1 level or above) /b.
/ppStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly bExcel and PowerPoint.
/b /ppCustomer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
/ppStrong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
