The Country Leader will be expected to actively engage with key customers and stakeholders, supporting the sales organization in developing strategic relationships and identifying new business opportunities. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liProvide overall leadership and strategic direction for the business. /li liAssume full responsibility for the country's PL and business performance. /li liEnsure effective coordination between commercial, project management and service activities. /li liDrive business growth by building key stakeholder relationships, engaging in customer negotiations, and supporting the sales organization. /li liCollaborate closely with the Service and Project Management Leadership Team to guarantee customer satisfaction and operational performance. /li liRepresent the organization towards Regional and Global Headquarters. /li liEnsure implementation of Group policies, governance procedures and compliance standards. /li liMonitor business KPIs and define corrective actions when required. /li liLead and motivate all the employees across the Country towards Group mission.



/li liAct as Legal Representative of the company where required. /li liEnsure compliance with Health, Safety Environment regulations, including responsibilities related to Legislative Decree 81/2008. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile: /h3 ul liProven experience as Managing Director, Country Manager, General Manager, CEO. /li liStrong experience managing a full PL and leading multi-functional organizations. /li liDemonstrated success in business development and commercial leadership. /li liExperience operating within international and matrix organizations. /li liStrong understanding of operational and service-oriented business models. /li liExperience in technology, industrial services, technical solutions, engineering, energy, infrastructure, equipment, industrial distribution or comparable sectors. /li liStrong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities. /li liAbility to operate effectively in dynamic and evolving environments. /li liOutstanding communication and relationship-building skills. /li liPrevious responsibility for sales growth and strategic account management. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liFluency in Italian and English (mandatory). /li liDegree in Engennering / Sales / Economics, an MBA would be considered as a plus. /li liAvailability to travel across Italy and internationally when required. /li liPrevious experience interacting with international headquarters. /li liStrong commercial orientation combined with operational and financial acumen. /li /ul h3Other informations /h3 pthe company offer a permanent employment contract, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from € 150.000 to € 180.000. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
