Overview

In this role you will standardize and optimize end-to-end logistics processes across the IET organization, bridging Logistics Operations with Digital Technology. You’ll own the logistics process lifecycle, from requirements to deployment, while driving ERP-based and WMS evolution. You’ll collaborate with technology teams to enable data-driven reporting, automation, and AI-enabled improvements. This position offers the chance to shape logistics solutions in a global, energy-focused environment and contribute to scalable, best-practice ways of working.

Responsabilità

- Hold, standardize and optimize end-to-end logistics processes across IET, covering transportation, inbound, warehouse management, picking, outbound and customs
- Translate operational needs into clear functional requirements, collaborating with Digital Technology and development teams
- Act as the key process owner throughout the digital solution lifecycle (requirements, development, testing, deployment, support)
- Support and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT)



and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Leverage ERP knowledge (Oracle) to assess impacts and support logistics solutions, driving WMS evolution
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics and process visibility (OBIEE and other solutions)
- Identify and support automation and AI opportunities (RPA and AI-enabled applications) across logistics processes
- Support change management, training and user adoption and continuous improvement

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5-8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, process management, digital transformation or related field
- Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics processes
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle
- Experience in digital projects translating business needs into functional/system requirements
- Knowledge of reporting/analytics tools (OBIEE, PowerBI)
- Understanding of automation and AI technologies (RPA, AI)
- Strong process analysis, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
